Two-bedroom apartment perfect for 4 people. Recently renovated and decorated, with the best qualities and functionality to enjoy both comfort and quality. You can enjoy one of the best areas of Madrid. Very central location and well connected.





- Living room: completely renovated with designer furniture and hundreds of details. It consists of a comfortable sofa, carpet, lamps and Smart Tv and high speed internet.



- Kitchen: you have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare any type of meal: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pans, cutlery, glassware, etc.





- Nº1 Bedroom: Very cozy.

The first bedroom has a 1.35 cm bed with a viscoelastic mattress, a wardrobe and an exterior window, making the room very bright.

The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows and cushions.



- Nº2 Bedroom: Very bright and cozy.

The second bedroom has another comfortable 1.35cm bed with a memory foam mattress, wardrobe and exterior window. Making the stay totally comfortable and comfortable.

- 1 bathroom fully equipped with everything you need to have a perfect stay.

The bathroom will have a pack of towels for each guest: large, medium and foot towels.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Clean two bedrooms with fullsize beds and individual AC units. Nice shower and sink. Plenty of towels.Nearby self service laundrymat. (Recommend the host give their guests that location just 3 short blocks away)Our side of the building has a noisy night life until around12:30 or 1:00am, resulting in disruptive sleep.The shops, Farmacia, and Metro/bus systems are very conveniente at our doorstep.The elevator in the building gives acceptable access to many apartments except a few.
