Great location surrounded by local authentic bars and restaurants. Good metro access but walkable to all parts of Madrid. Room safe was locked on arrival but was sorted very quickly via email. Property is a good size for a couple and we really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom could do with a spruce up but it was perfectly serviceable. Would recommend

Spacious, quiet apartment. Very clean and well furnished except for no iron, only 3 hangers, and would be nice to have ayleast a bottle of water upon arrival. AC in living room didnt work properly. Complicated to comminicate with propert manager.

The space was as pictured. It was clean and comfortable . Not having a direct contact with an actual person was a little problematic. We had trouble using the code to access the building on the first day and didnā€™t know how to get help. Also, the. Bathroom doorknob fell off Otherwise it was a great experience.

We had a great stay at this location. It is very well located. We were able to walk to Mercado de San Miguel and all the good stuff around it. The place was very clean.

The location was perfect, a small walk away from the busy shopping streets and plaza mayor. But still in a lively local neighborhood with lots of tapas bars, dinings, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Great! Also the studio was perfect for a stay for 5 days. Spacious and light and with everything one needs! Highly recommended!

Great location and walkable to everything. The only issue was there was a very strong smell of something rotting or vomit in the apartment as soon as we entered. The toilet was also used and not fully clean. I alerted the owners and they said they would send staff to clean it up. After they cleaned it still smelled bad. It sucked because it was the start of our trip in Spain. I told the owners for the second time and they said they would send staff again. Unfortunately we were leaving the day after and the smell remained. Other than that it was good

The apartment is as described with some signs of wear from travellers that got to enjoy it before us. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The area around the apartment has multiple bars, few restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our morning in the apartment at breakfast and then could easily walk to public transportation or to the Center by foot. To check in you get an email and then get all the information you need online. I would go there again.

Just a few little things they could have added to the apartment. There was a laundry machine which is a bonus but didnā€™t have a laundry rack and not many hangers to hang dry your clothes. Also an iron would have be nice. There was also 3 of us staying in the unit and we ran out of toilet paper. But there is a supermarket just down the street. Overall the property was nice and clean, and online check-in was very easy.
