There are 3 independent bedrooms, and one living room with 1 sofa bed, 2 large full bathrooms and kitchen area. All the equipment, beds and furniture are new. Just an easy walk away from Madrid most famously known sightseeing spots, museums, and Retiro central park.

Week in Madrid

The apartment was just right for our week long visit to Madrid. The kitchen was well-stocked and grocery store just up the block. This is a great location very close to Retiro Park, Prado and metro station. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location & very clean

This flat is centrally located in Madrid with easy walking access to major plazas and historical sites. It is just minutes (walk) from the major train station ( Atoche).

Perfect location, nice size Flat

The flat is in the perfect location in Madrid. Close to a metro and train station and right across from Reterio Park and the Prado museum. Very clean with three good size bedrooms and two full size bath rooms. The hosts were very responsive and helpful during the stay. I will stay here again if my family comes back to Mari’s.

Perfect location, huge apartment!

The 3 bedrooms allowed us to spread out and get laundry done and reorganize. Big difference from our tiny Paris hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby! Definitely try the Oven Restaurant! Host was amazing and very helpful. You will truly enjoy this place!

Fantastic apartment in amazing location!

We loved staying at this beautiful apartment in Madrid. We were located close to many amazing sights. There was a metro station just 1 minute walk away which was very convenient with small kids. Hans and Valentina were amazing hosts and very helpful with recommendations. The apartment was clean and spacious. We loved Madrid!

Great City Break

Great property for a city break in Madrid, it is so central and we walked all over the city from there. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The street outside is busy but the doors are double glazed and do cut the noise. Our trip was a surprise birthday for my husband and Hans and Valentina helped keeping the surprise and advised us of places to eat. Valentina was so helpful in showing us the flat and was sent us a lot of information.

It was clean and great for our group. We loved and would book it again. The air conditioner in on bedroom would come on but the room didn’t cool off below 23 deg C. even though it was set at 19 deg

Great hosts!

The host actually met us at our property and she was wonderful. Her English was perfect. Everything was clean and in great condition. The only thing you might want to consider is you do hear the subway going often underground, but we’re used to it since we all both live near trains. It’s actually Comforting to us and there’s actually a lot of street noise until like 1 AM besides that it was perfect and we had a wonderful time

Great Location

Great place to stay to explore Madrid. Good communication with hosts. Only issue we had was neither the air conditioning in the primary bedroom nor the living area cooled. Contacted the host who said they would schedule a technician but apparently it was not scheduled until the day we checked out. Made for some hot nights! Other than that, the apartment is heat!

Well-appointed apartment with a great location in Madrid

Four of us stayed at this apartment for 5 nights. Check-in was very smooth. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with tableware cutlery and pots and pans. The location was great! We walked to most places, and a taxi stand was across the street for longer distances. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location -- clean apartment

Apartment was exactly as listed and had great AC in each bedroom and the living room. Kitchen and living room have no natural light. The front bedrooms are louder because they face the busy street which includes a nightclub across the way. Check in was easy and they were accommodating to our needs. Kitchen is simply but sufficiently equipped for making basic meals.

Fun in Madrid with friends!

Really enjoyed this apartment. Looked just like the pictures. It was a little smaller but definitely worked for our needs. Communication was excellent with host and his lovely daughter. . Close to the Prado, Reitro park and close to metro. We would definitely book again!

Very convenient but charmless

The apartment's in a wonderful location, perfect for sight-seeing. It's well equipped and I think the mattresses are memory foam - so comfortable. It's entirely charmless, but perfect for a few days.

Central to parks and train station

We stayed for 4 days in madrid and at this apartment. The apartment was very spacious for our needs and had everything we needed for a small family. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. The location is great to get anywhere you needed. From the airport we took the train and it can take anywhere from 40 min to 1 hr. The apartment has a lift in it to help move luggage. The balcony overlooks the main street. We were very happy with the quick responses from the hostess

Excellent apartment

This was a great place to stay! The location was excellent, close to (within walking distance of) almost everything we wanted to see. There are are bus stops in front of the apartment and a subway stop very nearby. The apartment itself has a well-equipped kitchen that's perfect for cooking breakfast. You could cook dinner, too, though we chose to eat out. The owners were excellent at communicating with us. The daughter of the owners met us when we checked in and explained everything thoroughly. We all loved it and would happily stay again.

Highly recommend

We had an excellent experience. The apartment is centrally located around the corner from Atocha train station/botanical gardens/Retiro Park. Walkable to most if not a short cab ride. Our host was very responsive and flexible with check in/check out, which we very much appreciated. Everything was very clean and just enough space for 6 of us (2 adults & 4 teens) to sleep. Although we were right along a very busy and loud street, the shades installed completely blocked light and sound. Wonderful home base while exploring beautiful Madrid!

Convenient and roomy

We liked the location and accessibility. If you are here to see museums then it really cannot be beat due to their proximity and also ease of transit. We rented a car one day at nearby Atocha train station to visit surrounding towns like Segovia. Also took the train one day as well to visit Toledo. Very little noise. Plenty of food and supermarket options in the neighborhood. Valentina (best English-speaking Spaniard I have met) was always available to answer any questions. If you book here you won't be sorry.

Close to Prado and Atocha

Close to the major museums and Atocha Station. Great communication and check-in. The apartment was in need of a few upgrades. The cabinets were peeling in bathroom, the chairs in the kitchen were dusty, the night tables teetered, chairs in living area were very uncomfortable, guest bath shower had mold, master bath had a sewer odor. Beds were comfortable, security rollers on windows helped with street noise, kitchen appliances and counters were clean and well kept. Okay stay
