This apartment is on the second floor of a building near Chueca and Tribunal metro stations and easy walking distance of the Prado, Sol and Gran Via. It is clean and well-equipped and we had a detailed introduction from the owner. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue might be the 40 stairs for anyone with any mobility problem.

This was a great location to get around central Madrid and having a separate kitchen and 2 large twin beds was great. This is a vibrant neighborhood so lots of street noise - people talking loud, laughing, singing - until 4 or 5 in the morning. If not your cup of te, stay elsewhere

Location was excellent, you can walk or take the bus everywhere. Gluten free restaurants were close by. Kitchen was basic but functional. Apartment was very clean. The check in was very easy and the host would communicate with me very often. Valentina, the host, was very nice and welcoming although she was adamant when she was explaining how to use the kitchen appliances and didn't want us to use the espresso coffee pot or the oven. Towels didn't dry well, we needed more pillows and bed sheets for the sofa bed. Overall we had a great time in Madrid. Although we would definitely recommend for adults I wouldn't recommend for a family with children because the area isn't family friendly.

Foto e descrizione della casa attinenti alla realtà. La casa è spaziosa, la cucina aveva tutto il necessario per cucinare, il bagno e la doccia funzionavano bene, i letti singoli e il divano letto sufficientemente comodi per tre ragazzi alti. L'unica cosa che dovrebbe essere migliorata è la pulizia sia della casa che degli utensili della cucina che abbiamo dovuto rilavare. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e risponde subito ai messaggi. La posizione è comoda : vicino al centro e alle metro. Consigliamo questo immobile per un soggiorno a Madrid!

Séjour agréable appartement très bien situé géographiquement Très bonne communication avec le proprio Attention toutefois petit hic: nous étions avec les enfants et l appartement est situé dans quartier nocturne et très festif, donc très très bruyant le week-end !!!!! Impossible de dormir
