Great hotel in a great location near Atocha train station. Easy walking distance to most of Madridā€™s attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room had a great terrace overlooking the botanical gardens. Everything was clean and updated.

Julia in Guest Services was extremely helpful!! We needed a doctor, and a trip to the ER. Julie facilitated everything including the cab ride. I was using crutches and she was able to get us a wheelchair to use and helped us navigate Madrid. A beautiful property and centrally located!! Wonderful staff.

Clean and comfortable room. Convenient parking ramp below the hotel (elevator from parking garage goes to the hotel lobby) that magically didnā€™t charge me when I left. Bathroom could use a fan and better lighting for makeup. TV channels in several languages, cool.
