Excellent location near city center, friendly and helping staff, property in perfect conditions. We arrived after 21:00 and they provided instructions to access the property and the procedd was flawless.

My daughter and I stayed one night, and wished we were in Madrid longer. The check in was so easy, and the after hours reception extremely helpful. The location was perfect, close to transportation, easy to get to from the airport, and close to all the things we hoped to see. Can’t even begin on all of the amenities in the room. Loved it and would highly recommend.

Quiet, clean, large living areas and close to many desirable areas. Bed and convertible couch was somewhat uncomfortable. Likely a cultural difference but no tissues, paper towels, plastic wrap, or salt/pepper. I would recommend.
