Under construction. Had to park and walk 2 blocks with all our luggage and then go up a flight of stairs just to check in. Rooms were reduced and had columns in the middle of the room or next to window. Bathrooms were closed off by a curtain and the shower are is closed off by transparent glass. This used to be the best hotel in Zaragoza. Now everything about it screams “CHEAP”.

We arrived very late but that was not a problem because there is 24hr Front Desk Manager who was very helpful. We only stayed one night and this hotel property was perfect for what we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to everything from restaurants and shops to historic sites and public transportation. The service was top-notch. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room itself exceeded our expectations—spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It was modern, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room to relax after long days of exploring the city. Everything about our experience here was perfect.
