The tv in our first room assigned was not working and I was traveling with my autistic son that needs a tv to fall asleep. The staff was very nice and helpful and immediately changed our room. The rooftop restaurant was really nice with good food! I was there because of the location which is right across from the train station.

We loved this property, the hotel is nice and clean and our room was perfect. The location was exceptional and walkable to so many things. We stayed here to be close to the train station for the second leg of our trip to Barcelona - so it was super convenient. The restaurant has an excellent menu and the rooftop seating is nice. The staff also helped to secure a spot at Botin for a special birthday. I definitely recommend staying here.

The staff was excellent always ready to fulfill our request and willing to help, really appreciate their commitment. To Raquel the manager for her support during the medical that I have during my stay. Locations wise is prime, many places to visit a walking distance, the big metro and train station next to it. An amazing rooftop, what a view, love it. An amazing selection for the breakfast. We definitely will come back. We miss them already. Gracias por todo.
