I had a great stay at Petit Palace. My expectations are always low when it comes to hotels in big European cities, but Petit Palace surprised me. The rooms are nice and spacious enough with huge modern bathroom. There is a working air conditioner, which seems to be a luxury in Madrid. And the breakfast was actually nice. The staff are courteous and professional. I recommend.

Property location was amazing, however they do not have any maintenance staff for 12-15 hours so any issues during that time will not be addressed.
