We went during September and the weather was still warm. Our stay was good, the staff was great the location was very convenient steps from La Gran Via. Our only complaint was the AC, it never worked and the room felt hot. We let the front desk know and they provided us with a fan but was not enough.

Since we arrived at the property everything was excellent. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. We stayed with our five year old and they were always very kind and lovely with her. The property is in an excellent location. Near every point to visit everything you want in the area. This is definitely a place we will stay again.

O primeiro quarto tinha goteira e era micro para um quarto triplo. Mto ruim mesmo. Depois, nos mudaram para um bom quarto. Café da manhã bom e excelente localização. O que vale mesmo é a localização.

Superou minhas expectativas, localização excelente a passos da gran via , as recepcionistas super solicitas até reservaram táxi pra minha volta o que é super difícil essa cordialidade dos espanhóis ,e com certeza ficaria novamente lá . Tem água da peixada todos os dias grátis , máquina de café com cápsulas e chás no quarto . Quarto espaçoso , banheiro ótimo com todos os itens de banho e chuveiro ótimo . Super indico , tudo impecável .

Great value for your money and the staff is super friendly. I would only suggest for the rooms to be updated with USB connections to help charge devices without the use of an adapter.

Foi uma estadia normal. O hotel precisa de reformas mas atende bem ao hóspede. A sua localização é excelente mas as suas áreas comuns precisam de uma reforma modernizadora. O café da manhã foi bom, com os itens básicos mas sem muita variedade. Chuveiro muito bom, roupas de cama tb boas. É um típico hotel 2 ou 3 estrelas. Atendeu pois eu procurava boa localização em primeiro lugar.
