We had a great stay at the hotel. The receptionist, Daniella, is really nice. My luggage was delayed and she helped me call the airline. My parents enjoy their stay and the continental breakfast that the hotel offers.

We stayed here for 1 night, we arrived quite early on Monday morning and they were very accommodating and had a room available for us straight away. I am not saying this would happen all the time, but we were very appreciative. The whole stay was good, the location of this hotel is incredible and the staff are very good. Seriously, we were all really happy with our stay. Thank you!

Great location, centrally located, able to walk to Retiro Park, Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum. Located off Gran Via. Lots of places to eat in the area. Staff were excellent in helping us as first time visitors to Spain with limited Spanish skills. I would recommend breakfast at the hotel; it had a wide variety of choices. The rooms were clean.
