Really great place. The only thing that is a disadvantage is that the AC runs all over the hotel so you can’t control the temperature in your room individually.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The room was clean and had everything you need. The staff was so friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The location of the hotel is perfect and walkable to all the major locations. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, this was a huge perk of the hotel.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for all of our trips around the city. It was close enough to walk in all directions we intended to go. The staff was helpful. Elena was exceptionally helpful for all our needs. The rooms were cleaned every day. Overall very happy with our stay here.

The rooms are small, but for a solo traveler it was fine. Plus, who stays in their room on vacation. I could hear people in the rooms next to me and outside my door, but nothing woke me up when i slept.

Hotel was clean but seemed older and small. The room was very small and the air conditioner was broken for the night. The staff was very helpful in providing a fan and room discount, but the sleep was not good. The location is good and off the main Gran Via and easily walkable to any major attraction.

The restaurant should check the equipment, the juice carafe are Brocken and in use, the eggs look like re heated and fake. Should refill the hot food more often. Service ways nobody smiles. ( I know is early but…..no excuses)

Excellent hotel. It was clean and updated. We really enjoyed the central location and the friendly staff. The only complaint we had was the noise levels. The cleaning staff starting vacuuming and cleaning the halls (not the room) super early in the morning when we were still sleeping, waking us up both mornings we were there. Not ideal for people who are enjoying the city into the later evening and wanting to sleep in a little.

The customer service was excellent. I had a minor problem at the commencement of my stay but it was handled with care and prompt action. The breakfast variety is great and good value. I stayed in the Double Room which was the perfect size for one or two people. The rainshower was divine. Cleanliness was very good. Around the corner from two major metro stations so very convenient. On a Saturday night, it is a bit noisy on the street if you're facing that way. But I can imagine it could be a lot worse or more frequent elsewhere.

Petit Palace Tres Cruces was fantastic. Our room was ready when we arrived early and it was impeccably clean. The boys loved the bunkbeds and the staff is very friendly. The location is outstanding. Pretty much every tourist landmark is within walking distance. We even hoofed it to the Prado and back without feeling it was too far. We were able to find 5-7 options for Flamenco shows within walking distance as well. Plenty of restaurants within 1-10 minutes walking. There's even a little grocery store 2 min away walking. We felt very safe and the staff helped us find all of our desired locations and provided extra info important for travelers to Madrid. The room was spotless and the daily clean up was the best I've ever experienced and I usually stay in 4 and 5 star hotels. I highly recommend this hotel and will plan to stay every time we are in Madrid!

Great location, 2 minute walk to the Gran Via metro Station. Many options to shop, dine and walk around. The staff is kind and helpful, rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. We loved breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.
