Dirty bedding, dirty room. Refused to provide glasses. Refused to clean the room. Locked us out of our room twice in two days. The second time we were locked out the entire morning, until someone finally showed up for work at 11am. I get it you donā€™t want to see foreigners in your country, but this attitude and level of service is simply outrageous.

Die Ausstattung kƶnnte etwas besser sein. Ein kleiner KĆ¼hlschrank zum Beispiel wƤre sehr hilfreich. Die Dusche war etwas mitgenommen die TĆ¼r ging nicht richtig zu und diese SchiebetĆ¼r zum Bad war auch nicht so toll. Es fehlten Haken wo ma sein Handtuch einfach aufhƤngt Schade war auch dass man keinen Blick nach auƟen hatte. Sehr freundlicher Service wir wurden nach zwei Tagen gefragt ob wir eine Reinigung haben wollten und auch so waren sie immer sofort tƤtig wenn etwas war. Die NƤhe zum Zentrum und zum Schloss ist super, man konnte fast alles fusslƤufig erreichen. Wir hatten schƶne Tage

On arrival at the address, I was confused because there was no signage and where the map took me was the street behind and the building was derelict and fenced off. I phoned the customer help number and was answered by a woman who wasn't responding to any of my queries and proceeded to hang up the call. I tried phoning back but there was no response. I had to get my travel partner to phone the number and in which they immediately responded. I was appalled by the lack of communication and customer service skills provided. The lady made no attempt to guide me to the correct building, all she kept on repeating was follow the address. I was stood on the street for 30 minutes before I decided to walk around the block and start looking at individual front doors. It then became clear to me that my room was behind a gated entrance. This was already overwhelming as the instructions were not clear. I managed to make my way into the room and upon arrival I went for a shower and was struggling to figure out how the hot water worked as there was one particular way it had to be set. That night, when I went to sleep the bedsheets were flimsy as there were 3 layers of thin sheets that kept on moving around and made it uncomfortable whilst sleeping. I decided to remove the middle layer. The following day when I was folding the removed sheet, to my horror I found a dead bed bug. This terrified me and when I requested for the room to be cleaned, I was denied this request as I was only staying

PĆ©simo servicio al cliente No pude acceder nunca a la propiedad ya que ellos (suites you soho) no me proporcionaron en ningĆŗn momento el acceso a la propiedad y alegaron que se lo hicieron llegar a ustedes como agencia (hoteles.com) Donde ustedes tampoco tenĆ­an la informaciĆ³n ya que asĆ­ me lo hicieron saber en un correo Si tengo que describir esta experiencia dirĆ­a que fue nefasta y que prĆ”cticamente me estafaron ya que ahora no me quieren reintegrar el dinero de algo a lo que no pude acceder por culpa de ellos y que ademĆ”s me tocĆ³ gastar en otro hotel

O quarto Ć© excelente, espaƧoso, limpo e bem equipado. O sistema de acesso via Bluetooth funciona bem, mas pode ser um pouco complicado para algumas pessoas, principalmente porque sĆ£o 3 portas atĆ© o quarto. Em um dia, meu celular descarregou e, por sorte, minha amiga tinha o cĆ³digo, mas se estivesse sozinha, precisaria carregar o celular antes. O tempo de resposta do suporte poderia ser mais rĆ”pido, especialmente devido a esse sistema de acesso. No geral, gostei bastante, foi o melhor quarto da viagem, mas um suporte mais Ć”gil seria Ćŗtil.

Foi uma das piores experiĆŖncias que jĆ” tive com estadias! Estava muito sujo. Precisei pedir pra no mĆ­nimo varrerem o chĆ£o. A roupa de cama parecia limpa, mas o cheiro nĆ£o era bom. RecepĆ§Ć£o tambĆ©m mal cheirosa. NĆ£o hĆ” ar condicionado, mas tb nĆ£o hĆ” o mĆ­nimo para refrescar o quarto, como um ventilador. Estava super calor e nada ajudava, nem abrir a janela e dormir com ela aberta (o que gerava barulho e era perigoso pois era primeiro andar). Em Londres nĆ£o hĆ” tomadas universais, Ć© uma tomada especĆ­fica que sĆ³ hĆ” por lĆ”, e nĆ£o tinham adaptadores para os hĆ³spedes, que obviamente, sĆ£o turistas e nĆ£o tem essas coisas! PĆ©ssimo! NĆ£o recomendo! Nenhuma economia de dinheiro vale se hospedar nessas condiƧƵes!

Backed up drain/sewage water

When we first arrived and turned on the bathroom taps on the sink, the plumbing was so backed up that water started to flow out of the shower drain into the bathroom floor. Slime and other debris from previous guests washed back up and filled the shower floor and made the room smell disgusting. With staff on site, we could only communicate through Whatsapp and the response times were disappointing. Once I got ahold of them they informed me that they could/would not move us to another room and that they would send maintenance to look at the problem. They did not end up sending someone to fix the issue and we had to wait for cleaning staff to arrive the following afternoon (which wasted half of our travel day in Madrid). Cleaning staff were not even aware of the issue when they arrived and I had to get them to come and look in the room. If I had left without waiting they would have not entered the room to realize there was an issue. Unfortunately we were only in Madrid for 2 days and dealing with this issue ruined most of our time there. Would not recommend staying here.

La relaciĆ³n calidad precio puede estar bien, pero acceder es muy difĆ­cil, si no sabes cĆ³mo hacerlo no tienes a nadie que te ayude, solo por telĆ©fono o wsap. Por la noche me dio la impresiĆ³n de que las habitaciones se utilizaban con otros fines que el de la estancia, y el ruido y trasiego de puertas y gente que entraba y salĆ­a no me dejaron dormir. No creo que repita.
