What a wonderful experience, the staff was so nice and helpful. The location is the best, right in the middle of everything, lots of things walking distance from the hotel and the place is so pretty and super well maintained. I booked a 3 bed room and it was super spacious, we had a small balcony facing the street and it was lovely. super recommend!!!

Great location, friendly staff, price is quite good given its location but shakira being in town kinda affected the normal cost, would benefit from a second shared fridge/freezer or an ice making machine.

Overall it was good, bed was not king size but it worked. Pillows were not comfortable, wanted something softer than that. Breakfast was decent. The location was perfect to know Madrid!

Limited amenities due its nature, but very convenient: well placed next to Puerta del Sol, which is great for dining, transportation, night live, shopping. Good and affordable breakfast with a surprising buffet with ample choices. Comfortable and clean room.

Clean modern hostel in a great location. Rooms were nice but very bare. There is no chair or bench to sit on to put on shoes. Even in the shower your clothes have no place to go but the floor. Some seating and work surfaces for packing would make a huge improvement. . Common areas are nice but Bar hours are very limited. Breakfast is listed as one price on the sigh in the room and a higher price at the breakfast area which was confusing but no one actually collected any payment from us for it

We were so happy with this property. It was very convenient, affordable, very clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. The staff was very helpful and it was a nice surprise that the breakfast was included in the price. I would definitely stay here again.
