The location of the hotel is great for anything in the Gothic quarter while still getting plenty of light. The rooftop terrace is a plus, but unfortunately they have only two small unheated pools.

The check in was easy and the hotel was decent overall except for one. major. issue. I had notified the reception desk during checkout and spoke with the manager regarding the cleanliness of room, he apologized and asked me to send him the video I took and told me he would get back to me. That was 5 days ago and I haven’t heard anything back. Make sure you check the room thoroughly as soon as you get in! The hotel location was convenient, a 15 minute walk from the Bernabéu and the room service menu was good. I would have stayed here again if it wasn’t for the issue, but cleanliness is a huge factor for me.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend! The rooms are spacious, elegant, and clean. We stayed in a connected 2 room and it was terrific for the family as each room had its own bathroom. The lounge is fabulous and offers drinks and tapas plus breakfast buffet, which was included in our package price. The staff is helpful, courteous and friendly. We stayed for 6 nights and had an excellent stay!! The location requires a metro ride or cab trip to the city center, but it wasn’t bad as cabs are readily available and metro stop is close. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Very friendly and caring staff. There was a variety of Food, snacks and drinks. The only issue is the shower room. Water was passing through the side of the door and the bathroom floor was very wet everytime someone had a shower. But overall, we had a pleasant stay. Nice restaurants and bars around too.

This is a nice hotel but not located near the touristy parts of the city. It is probably more for business travelers but it is also less expensive than the ones closer to the tourist areas. We had a Premium Triple Room which consisted of a King bed and a Twin cot at the end of the bed. Probably not bigger than a regular room but it was nice. The breakfast, happy hour, and access to beverages (non-alcoholic) was nice. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
