This hotel is great, I was very pleased with the quality of the room and supporting areas, lobby, restaurant, bar, etc. I was particularly happy with the rooftop bar and its staff. The hotel location is great with easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions of Madrid.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The views were breathtaking, the food was amazing, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. The only thing I would have loved was a coffee maker in the room or coffee available in the lobby. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay again.

By far, this has to be the best hotel on Gran Via. Perfect location, close to multiple train stations, modern and immaculate rooms and an awesome staff. I checked in the day before my birthday. On my birthday, while I was out sightseeing, the staff placed champagne and treats in my room. I never mentioned my birthday, they saw it on my passport when I checked in. So Imagine being on a solo trip, and coming back to the room with that surprise. It was the highlight of an already amazing trip. Thank you to Claudia and Victoria! You both are amazing and made me a life long customer. Can’t wait to return.

Great sized room with a large double bed. Very clean, and great location , easy to get to all parts of madrid and the metro. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of cold meats, cheese fruits and breads, and cooked food including eggs and sausages. All staff very helpful. The interior is very art deco, a great hotel!

Great location. Well maintained building. Staff were very helpful at check in helping with unloading of luggage and instructions of where to park. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Parking fee cited by staff was incorrect. Website and staff said 25 euros. It was 42 euros.
