This apartment was light, airy, clean, and very close to major attractions with great views of the palace. The only con- we stayed in the penthouse on the 7th floor and the elevator only goes to the 6th floor.

괜찮은 숙소.

유럽의 숙소가 그러하듯 방음에는 좀 취약합니다. 마드리드왕궁 근처에 위치하고 있고, 위치가 그렇게 나쁘지 않습니다. 인근에 마트및 아시아마트가 가까이 있어 식자재 구하기도 쉽습니다. 특히, 주차장이 바로 있어 차량을 이용하시는 분들은 편하실 겁니다. 1일 20유로비용 줘야 합니다.

The property was clean and spacious, and location is excellent with close proximity to a lot of tourist attractions. Only complaint is the wi-fi, in which I had trouble with the connection and speed.

Will not come back anymore

The room is small and dark. Outdated designed. The bedroom has no door but only a yellowish and dusty lace curtain. This was not convenient to us as two of my teenage daughters. I also booked a room for my accompanying friend with same rate. Her room is much cleaner, spacious and modern designed. I feel bad for paying the same price but getting different offer. But this is not the worst. The hot water could only available for 1.5 persons for shower! What a unforgettable experience when you were all wet with soap but no more hot water in 2 degree Madrid! In our stay we have to take turns for bathing, two in the morning two at the night time. We couldn’t even wash our hands with warm water because we had to save it for showers. The location is good. This is the only good thing that impressed me during the stay.

아주 좋은 콘도형호텔

깨끗하고 위치좋습니다. 스페인광장 역이나 오페라역에서 오는걸추천하고 궁전 바로옆이라 위치가아주좋습니다. 콘도형 호텔이므로 취사등 계획있고 가족여행이라면 아주좋습니다. 전 투숙객의 취사냄새가 빠지지않은것만빼면 아주좋았습니다.

NOT GOOD

This location looks good on the map, but sidewalks filled with vagrants. Almost any other location in central Madrid would be better. The apartment we VERY poorly equipped. The stone floors were not well scrubbed/cleaned. The beds were VERY unstable/uncomfortable. We were so glad to be out of this place. Finally, service is non-existent. This is run like a hands-off passive investment in an apartment building purchased cheaply in the crisis.

Precio/Calidad excelente

La ubicación excelente, bus en la puerta, y metro y muchos puntos de interés a 5 minutos andando. La habitación con unas vistas inmejorables y muy tranquila. El recepcionista Oscar encantador nos informó de todo y siempre estaba para ayudarnos, si volvemos a Madrid volveremos a este hotel

Staff was really friendly, helpful and they have customer service as their number 1 priority. The apartment was well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, and a tv. The hotel is close to Plaza de España, subway line, historic places. We will definitely stay there again.

Spacious, location is great! Home away from home! Washing machine and even a drying rack! Restaurant next door is delicious. The only problem is the metal dining chairs make super loud noise when moved. We heard people upstair and believe people below us can hear us when we move the chair.
