The room was nicely updated and clean. The staff was very helpful. The location was excellent. The only drawback was that the rooms were on the 3rd and 4th floors, and the elevator accommodated only one person at a time.

Great location for a short family trip as you are in the center of everything. We got room 15 and it was very quiet and allowed our 8 month old and 4 year old to sleep well. They also offered us a good quality crib.

The bathroom is extremely SMALL. It’s is not the standard side for any hotel. Nor it’s for any North American clients. It can’t feet an average person. You should mention that in the property description. Plus post the whole size photo of the bathroom and moreover, indicate that your elivator is for 1 person ! And the accrual size of it. Because this was a wow shock for us using the 4th floor with our loggers it was not easy !

Great room, great hospitality!

We had a great stay with Woohoo! The staff were amazing: great communication ahead of trip, super friendly, and our room was available for an early check in. The room itself was great for my family of four, perfect location to the center of Madrid, and very clean.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, but the only problem that we encountered was the elevator was out of oder for all three days. Taking luggage up four floors it’s not fun. Otherwise, the hotel is in a very good location.
