Excelente servcio del personal y del hotel. Lo único para mejorar seria que las regaderas tubieran puerta para que el agua no salga ya que el piso de la regadera no tiene declive hacia el desagüe. Esperamos regresar pronto!

Líbere Madrid Malasaña
Had everything that we needed; the hands-off check-in and check-out were nice. We did not see any staff. Using the app as our key was so useful, and arriving to find a washer after 3 days of hiking in Mallorca was an unexpected surprise.

The AC was not working or they have it set up to only at 24 degrees it was hot most of the time I which they will fix that so í could give them a 5 start.
