"A very comfortable hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Easily accessible by Metro, bus and on foot, with some really good markers around that will help you remember where your hotel is. If you love shopping you have easy access to a lot of them. if you want to attend theatre performances, again lots of theatres about. The City tour bus stops also outside when you do the old town route. What we loved is coming home to chocolates left for us by the turn down team. A sweet surprise after long days out.
The room was cleaned every day, and were always left a small note to say who tidied things up.
The room was super quiet despite the loud environment outside.
The only thing that we found difficult to figure out is how to make the AC fan run at a slower rate, so we opted to use only the sheet as cover instead as the room was relatively warm.
