Petit Palace President Castellana
La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el personal muy amable y atento, las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento, pintura en el año saliéndose y colchones muy desgastados, podría ser un gran hotel si lo arreglan un poco los cuartos.

BLESS Hotel Madrid - The Leading Hotels of the World
Very clean, lovely rooms. Bar area is lovely. Only issue is they don’t have enough staff in the lobby bar area, drinks orders take a very long time and often things were forgotten. Staff were not attentive enough in the lobby area. We often had to ask twice for our drinks.

Rude staff: The hotel's rooftop bar is open to the public and - by the staffs' own comments - have had issues with unpleasant "clientele" (not paying bar tabs, restaurant bill etc). You can expect to be interrogated by doormen whether you're actually staying at the hotel, be required to pay the food ...
