"Quiet apartment style hotel outside of the Old Town. It was very affordable but it was not as modern as some of the other hotels I stayed at along my trip. Everything was self-service, from the door code, to a drop box for the room key, as well as checking in and out. If you require someone at the front desk, this is not the place. Overall, clean and comfortable, without modern ammeneties. "

"The rooms do not have AC which is understandable. But, of the four windows, only one opens a slight crack, restricting any breeze or air circulation. Especially after a shower the room becomes a hot box on warm days. The place is one opening window away fe being a good stay. As it was we were sweltering and had to request a fan which was provided. "

However I thought I was buying a room with a double bed, but instead was given a small box with a mattress inside like Harry Potter. I’m not a fussy traveler so this didn’t really bother me, but just be prepared for it if you’re traveling solo. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lollo Luxury Apartments for a night following my eye surgery, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. "I was extremely happy with my stay at the City Gate Hotel and impressed with the service. I arrived at the hotel 4 hours before check-in time but the room was ready and I was allowed to use it. I was exceedingly grateful for that as I had a long journey to Vilnius and was exhausted. I didn't book breakfast beforehand but was offered by the receptionist. The breakfast was excellent. The bottom line is: I could not ask for more!!!! "
