"What an amazing hotel! The rooms are spacious with a traditional feel. Their breakfast is fantastic and yummy. The service that the staff provide there is accommodating and thoughtful. I really enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend anyone to stay there. I will definitely come back!"

"Nice hotel.. Quiet.. I wish there were more options for room service. The Starbucks inside the hotel is nice however I bought a muffin and it was stale.. I should mention you can have free late checkout till 2pm and if u pay 1000thb u can late check out at 5pm which is perfect if your catching a later flight "

"Upon entering this beautiful hotel, you are greeted by all staff. They took care of the bags and met me at the room. They supplied me with two full bags of welcome snacks and drinks. That is not a typo, 2 FULL bags of snacks. It was amazing. Such a great surprise. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Chiang Mai, and I've been to this city many times. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. You must check out the pool during your stay. The hotel is walking distance to the night bazaar, 7/11, and many other convenient things to check out. I loved this place and everyone made my vacation much more enjoyable. I'll be back. Awesome job Empress Premier!"
