I knew it wasn't going to be 5 star by the price but this is one step up from sleeping in the street.. every surface is dirty, every fixture and fitting either worn-out or broken. Hotel is a little run down. Our room smelt like septic the whole time from the bathroom. They should offer more drive times and oickups from the town of pai. The staff was very nice tho!
