"The Hotel and service was excellent, Free parking. The reception team were really helpful in letting me know the places I could park when visiting the sites in Siracusa and the best beaches in the area and arranging an early breakfast on our last morning. The breakfast was very good continental selection and fresh coffee and pastries. Antonio arranged for me to borrow vacuum for the hire car after a beach trip. The room was large with aircon, very comfy beds, clean and direct access to the pool area and a private patio. Pool was amazing with plenty of loungers and large parasols. We had a fastatic stay and I would recommend and our thanks to all staff. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Palazzo Artemide. Ortigia is a charming town with lively streets, many great restaurants, and cute stores. The hotel is in an incredible location right between the cathedral and one of the best shopping streets. Our room slept three people very comfortably and had a little terrace with a view of the cathedral on one side and the sea on the other! The staff, especially Roberto, were super helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast outside under the big umbrellas was perfect. This exceeded our expectations— we were so pleased! Thank you!"

They went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and making suggestions for places to visit and things to do during our stay. WiFi and air conditioning were really good as well. "A spacious hotel with extensive grounds and facilities. Being May and off peak it was not full and so had a relaxed vibe. It was easy to get seated in the restaurants and bar. Service good if slow and staff very friendly. We had a small issue as our booking wasnt transmitted properly from Expedia and so it was unclear to the hotel we had booked half board. A few suggestions for improvements would be that houskeeing were a bit random about changing towels/emptying bins etc. One day our shower mat disappeared and was not replaced until the next day Our minibar was totally empty until 2 days before we were leaving (not that we used it anyway) and there was no way to spread towels out to dry. The variety on the buffet for dinner was great but hot food was not really any more than warm. If there was a way to improve this and maybe heat the pkates that would help. The black rice and sushimi we had one night as part of the buffet were particularly good. Pizza restaurant was good and we also tried the a la carte restaurant which was lovely. Great parking tip for Catania from the front desk. Thank you. "
