"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "We are a family of 6. We all fit more than comfortable with lots of room. The staff were very nice and attentive. The place was safe and secured. The location was perfect! Ten minutes away from everything walking distant. There is a little coffee shop called “Cafe Rustiko” best breakfast only 3 min aways. Pan-AM was delicious too only 4 min away. Tacos El Roy only 8 min walk as well Bomb!!!!! Great experience for our family!"

"Nos encantó el hotel el trato del personal, el desayuno incluido muy rico y limpio todo, como anécdota mi hija olvidó su cartera y se dió cuenta cuando ya estábamos en el aeropuerto, hablé al hotel y muy amablemente la persona que se encargaba de la recepción nos la envió en un taxi de confianza gracias a eso no perdío mi hija si vuelo 🙏 sin duda regresaremos a hospedarnos en este hotel 😊"

"The staff at Trébol was helpful and very friendly. Thanks to Carmen for helping with tour reservations. She was amazing. The hotel has a wonderful old world feel to it. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the lobby or in the courtyard. There is no elevator so be prepared to do some stair climbing. If you like the markets you’ll be happy to know that the hotel is across the street from two major markets filled with food venders, restaurants, and artisanal products. We spent hours in the markets. The breakfasts were very good. The hotel is very clean. It was quiet too. We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Trébol. I’ll stay there again when I return to Oaxaca."

"BED AND BATHROOMS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, OUTDOOR PATIO GARDEN AND SITTING AREAS WERE EXCEPTIONAL, THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO MUSEUMS, HISTORIC CHURCHES, RESTAURANTS, LOCAL MARKET AND ZOCALO! HOWEVER, IT IS A HISTORIC BUILDING ITSELF, BUILT IN THE EARLY 18TH CENTURY, AND OUR WATER SUPPLY WAS SHUT OFF FOR OUR LAST TWO NIGHTS OF SIX THERE, AND WE HAD TO MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM! WHICH WAS NOT AS BIG BUT PLESANT ALSO."
