Great stay in spacious rooms

Booked same day for a sleepover when driving across Germany. 2 deluxe double rooms for a family of 7. Extremely spacious rooms with separate walk-in-closet, clean and well kept. Staff was very helpful and flexible. Breakfast was great

Fantastic Hotel

Fantastic hotel, only disappointment was that we only stayed one night, but will go back. Great buffet dinner and excellent value, nice facilities Breakfast was busy and food kept running out so gave it a miss. Lovely grounds and a tram stop outside which I assume takes you into the town.

Very nice spacy hotel, only remark is that the room didn't had coffee corner/water coocker. Hotel is very clean, clean rooms and you feel directly a very special and luxury ambiance as soon as you enter this hotel.

Only stopped for the one night as just happened to be the midpoint of our journey and was dog friendly. We were greeted by a friendly woman at reception who told us where we could find our room, bar, and breakfast for the next morning and gave us the key cards. I was pleasantly surprised by how the reception area looked and the room was very clean and spacious for 4 people and a dog. The bar was reasonably priced and had a lot of options. The breakfast the best hotel breakfast I've had at a hotel so far. It was a buffet style help yourself breakfast which had everything from fish to sausage to pastries. I'd stay here again on the return journey but unfortunately it is fully booked on the day I require.

Waste of money!

Hotel charged for the parking which hasn’t been used!!! No hot water in the shower!!! 34 degrees max!!! No room service during all stay!!! Spa not free!!! Breakfast for 16 euros??? Quality is shift! Fruits from yesterday, already out of date!!! Had a steak for 32 euros… maybe they don’t know how the steak supposed to taste or what…i will never go back!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit indoor Pool. Gehobener und schicker Eingangsbereich. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Park. Unser Zimmer war recht groß mit einem separaten Sitzbereich. Die Einrichtung war zwar etwas älter jedoch hochwertig und funktional. Zwei Mankos: 1. Am TV sind die HDMI Eingänge gesperrt, sodass man kein TV Stick verwenden kann. 2. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider nicht ausschalten Ansonsten hatten wir aber ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten mit vielen Kleiderbügel und ein bequemes Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig mit einer Vielzahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Ob Rührei mit Bacon, Pancake, versch. Brötchensorten, 4 Sorten Honig oder einen frei zugänglichen Kaffvollautomat, ist alles dabei. Mein Favorit waren hier die Waffeln… hmm. einfach lecker Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalte sehr schön und würden dieses Hotel in jedem Fall wieder wählen.

Es stimmte einfach alles. Durchgehend freundliches Personal - man fühlte sich willkommen. Die Anlage ist interessant und abwechslungsreich - d. h. die Wege sind nicht "Empfang- Fahrstuhl-Zimmer, denn es gibt immer was zu entdecken. Auch das Restaurant bietet unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten des Aufenthalts, dazu eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick in den Park. Und der Park des Ortsteils Herrenkrug ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tram stopt voor de deur, dus het centrum is goed te bereiken, ook de gratis parkeerplaatsen zijn fijn. Zwembad moest je helaas extra voor betalen. Ontbijt is uitgebreid maar kwaliteit niet fantastisch. Kinderen eten gratis.

Eine "kleine" Kritik = im Saunabereich sollte für Alle FKK sein. Badesachen direkt im Saunaraum ist einfach unangenehm! Fazit: Ich werde dennoch wieder einchecken.

Wir sind zu dritt als Familie angereist, hatten 3 Nächte gebucht und haben sogar noch spontan eine Nacht dazu gebucht, da es uns so gut gefallen hat. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten sind bequem, das Frühstück sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl. Was uns ebenfalls aufgefallen ist, war das sehr freundliche Personal, ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Gelände des Hotels, alle waren sehr nett. Der Spabereich mit Pool und Whirlpool ist klein, aber fein, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung kann man schön spazieren gehen, bis zum Elbauenpark hat man es nicht weit, genauso wir zur Innenstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider erhebt Magdeburg eine tägliche Kulturabgabe von 5% auf den Zimmerpreis, als kleinen Ausgleich könnte man dem Gast eigentlich ausgleichend entgegenkommen und wie früher Sauna/Pool kostenlos anbieten. -keine Klimaanlage in Zimmer gehabt..

Inchecken ging vlot. Kamer was prima en schoon. Avondeten was ook goed. Extra bed voor onze dochter was helaas minder, ze zakte er midden in de nacht doorheen. Lite äldre stil men charmigt och trevligt

Hotellet är av den lite gamla stilen både interiört och exteriört men det är inte att det känns jättegammalt utan det känns snarare hemmatrevligt och charmigt. Rummet hade riktigt skön säng. Jag hann ej bada eller annat utan sov bara en natt för att sedan köra vidare. Det jag vill lägga extra vikt på är servicen, bemötandet, speciellt från receptionisten Claudia som redan när jag ringde var hur otroligt god som helst. Vi började skratta med varandra i telefon som att vi kände varann sedan tidigare, hon har verkligen lätt för att prata med människor. Otroligt bra service av Claudia, kändes jätte välkomnande.
