"The apartment had a lot of space, a nice kitchen, and was located in a lively area, a short walk to wonderful restaurants, the Duomo, and parks. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was a very comfortable spot to spend one night before a long day of traveling back to the States. "

"Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. This is not a traditional hotel, and there is no reception desk on-site. Check-in ends at 9 p.m., and keys must be picked up from a separate location, which is quite inconvenient for travelers arriving later in the evening. The elevator is extremely small—barely large enough for one person and a suitcase. "So bad communication and slow respond, the place is too small for tall people, only small towels were provided (face towels), no microwave, no heating, I have concerns about safety since I found something in the bathroom could be a camera!!!!! Not recommended at any price and for any reason "
