Ski-In/Ski-Out Studio at Flaine, Sleeps 4, South-Facing Terrace, Easy Access to Shops and Lifts

Ideally located on the slopes, right next to the Aup de Véran cable car and just 500 metres from the shops, this 18 m² ground-floor studio offers direct access to the ski area. It features a south-facing terrace with open views of the mountains.

Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests (ideal for 3), the studio includes a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two and a sleeping area in the entrance with bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6). The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, two electric hobs, a refrigerator, and a filter coffee machine.

The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A flat-screen TV is provided for entertainment. Heating and hot water are collective. A ski rack is available in the ground-floor communal area (bring a lock), and outdoor parking is available within the resort. Non-smoking accommodation.

A wide range of additional services is available for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, and baby equipment. During the winter season, enjoy discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment rental. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays). Pets are welcome for an additional fee per pet, per week.
