"We ended up here after our rented house had cockroaches while visiting for Kilby Block Party at the State fairgrounds! Reasonable price for a last minute booking and location was not bad to the fairgrounds. Very convenient that there is breakfast and rooms are spacious. All the staff truly is incredibly friendly and accommodating, probably best hotel staff I've ever encountered! Loved using the hot tub (outdoors) and got a midnight snack of pizza that the front desk staff made and was unexpectedly really great! Would stay again! "
