"Das Haus ist topmodern , edel, großzügig und sehr solide gebaut. Überall Klimaanlage. Auch die Außenanlagen sind wunderschön Über die Straße hinweg ist man morgens schnell im Meer. Zum Strand und den Restaurants läuft man 5 Minuten Der Besitzer kam bei Gewitter um die aussenkissen hereinzuholen und vor regen zu schützen. Sehr nett und freundlich Sein Verwalter Vasili war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit mit Tips für uns da Dankeschön für diese tolle Woche in diesem herrlichen Haus"

"The villa is located about 1 km from main road off an unpaved dirt road. The views are beautiful and location is remote and very quiet. The electricity is entirely solar generated, and therefore requires some level of conservation from guests. For example, there is no air-conditioning (could be a problem in the not summer months) and very few electrical outlets in the unit; instead, there is a 'charging station' in the living room for cell phones, laptops, etc. that runs for 2 hours at a...

Big, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner in every room (that freeze up the air in no time, despite the 34 degrees outside!), two balconies and a huge yard to have friends over (in this case - my sister's family that also visited Kala Nera).
