"Breakfast was subpar and very limited. The elevator broke down while we were there, the property is very old, the rooms feel moist and smell like there’s some moisture damage when the air conditioning is on. Housekeeping staff is extremely loud and they slam the doors for hours on end when they’re cleaning at 6am to noon. Front desk was pleasant and accommodating but I didn’t like they allowed a group of Hispanics to just hang out in the lobby throughout the day into the late hours of the night. They made me and my guest very uncomfortable with their piercing stares every time we entered the lobby to get on the elevator. For the amount of money they charge per night I’d expect a lot more convenience, peace and security. "

"-The room door locks don't work and the lady at the front desk needs to let you in. -Both the sign and online says that there's a continental breakfast but there isn't even coffee. - blinds are paper and move when AC is one - room was surface clean, but socks or bare feet get black walking on floors. What's nice? Great shower water pressure Clean linens The lady who checked me in was so nice and was working hard! She was kind to everyone checking in and walked us to our rooms to let us in. She is the best thing about the place."

"Friendly staff, clean room, and very comfortable bed. Honestly, the only issue I encountered here was housekeeping knocking at my door and nearly entering the next morning though I had placed the privacy tag on my door the night before. That said, I don't think this was her fault. It was windy and I'm pretty sure the privacy tag blew right off the door handle at some point that night. With the doors here exposed to the outdoors, the "do not disturb" tags really should be a magnet or some other system that can't just be blown away. I only stayed for one night, my last night in New Orleans before flying back home, so did not have time to enjoy any amenities, pool, etc. But it looked clean. I'd stay here again if needing a quick overnighter near the airport."
