Great Place, Poor Shuttle
"The staff was professional, efficient, warm and friendly. The shuttle bus to Disney was too infrequent, and overcrowded. In addition a better more organized boarding process would help."

"The hotel was fine. Near the Metro. The neighborhood is just OK. I stayed here because of the convenience to the Metro and the price made it worse affordable. Make sure to bring a electric adapter to be able to use your electronics. The voltage is too high to use your hair styling tools so research that before you go if you are coming from the US.

I am not sure of the staff training. Like the lady at the desk, name starts w O, didn’t check fir rooms, didn’t know that the place had ice machines( asked in French and English) The ppl w brkft either had no way to ck if guests had pd or no pay
