"I usually stay at lower- end hotels or hostels so I don't expect a lot, but wow, this place is in need of refitting. It's old, and that's ok, but it has not been looked after. Dirty, needs paint, bathroom door won't latch. A real "fixer upper". Could be made into a cool "retro" looking place as I think it has good bones, but for the present:Not good value for money."

"The motel is a very close walk to the beach which is nice. But the motel is old and crusty. Basically a bed to sleep in while in Magog, if NOTHING else is available. The owner accused me of fraud when he saw my in laws in the room because they were eating dinner with us and threatened to call Expedia because he thought they were staying overnight.
