"An hour before check in time, i messaged Vrbo, as i had not received any check in details. Vrbo said i should contact the host directly and not to worry . So i messaged the host and she told me she had been on vacation and the house was already booked by someone else. So, we were stranded with our family and there were no rooms available anywhere, unless we paid at least 3 times what we had already paid out. We were there to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. Vrbo offered us the guarantee...
