"Amazing property loved the stay"

"Was an excellent stay "

"We had an absolutely awesome stay at Fountain Mahabaleshwar! The hospitality was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. We were also invited to join the evening tea, a lovely gesture that made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. The service, ambience, and overall experience were excellent. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

I have medical emergency (death) in my family and I had to check out the hotel within one hour of check-in and I requested them to take the penalty charges and refund me atleast some amount as I booked two rooms, but all in vail they don't have humanity and not even a penny was refunded. Also the property was pathetic unhygenic and worst property ever. Please never trust and do booking from treebo and specially Expedia....really poor"

The hall was a mess, cluttered with old boxes, and the outdoor chairs were wet and surrounded by garbage. To make matters worse, there was a dangerous leak above the stairs. We raised these issues with hotels.com immediately upon checking in, but they were unable to...
