"The room and stay was excellent. Only thing was that we stayed in the Family room No.220 and the TV, phone and the Kettle did not work initially. Then they made the TV and the kettle to work but the phone was out of order and hence calling the reception became a problem. Other than this one thing, everything else was fabulous. We were taken very good care. Will visit this resort again for sure."

"Warm welcome at check in Prompt help by front desk staff during stay multiple times (Ashwini needs to be especially mentioned positively). Very good buffet breakfast. Nice coffee as well. Nice room with excellent climate control which effectively stops cooling when I increase set temperature and makes me feel comfortable. If and when I visit Chennai, I would be happy to stay there again."
