Recepción rápida, atención amable en recepción. Con el tema de la limpieza es un batallar que te cambien las tuallas ya que ellos no hacen el cambio a diario, y desafortunadamente la atención de los meseros es reprobable pareciendo que te hacen un favor en atenderte y están apurándote para que liberas las mesas. He de comentar que si existe una notable diferencia en la atención entre consumo nacional y extranjero….😕

La vista a la playa está excelente, el personal es amable y siempre dispuestos a apoyarte, pero el personal del club de playa tiene preferencia por los turistas que se bajan de los cruceros y a ti como turista nacional de larga estancia en el pueblo no te toman en cuenta, ni porque les dejas propina. Porque a los extranjeros les cobran mucho más dinero, 3 turistas del crucero llegaron por un par de horas y una bebida les cobraron 20usd por persona, en cambio a los nacionales no nos pueden ver la cara y por eso ni nos toman en cuenta a diferencia de los que si les pueden ver la cara. Así que sugiero que el hotel tenga sus propios meseros o personal de atención en el club de playa, porque los del club son groseros con los huéspedes del hotel a diferencia de los turistas de ocasión. El hotel es sencillo la relación precio es buena y tiene lo necesario para tu estancia pero podría mejorar las amenidades del baño pues son básicas de más. Por ejemplo podrían tener acondicionador para el cabello y jabón líquido y shampoo amigable con el ambiente como en otros lugares de playa que cuidan el ambiente y además apoyan a los negocios locales con productos locales. Tampoco encontré apoyo para lavandería de ropa y eso es algo esencial para los que vamos por 3 días o más. Otra cosa mejorable es ofrecer apoyo con los locales para la cena y/o servicios al cuarto sobretodo en temporada baja pues estuvo lloviendo dos de los 4 días que estuvimos allí.

Yuliana la señorita que me atendió en el check in fue muy amable. La habitación está bien para el precio la única cosa que no me gustó fue que el dispensador de agua se ve sucio y no quise usar esa agua, pero lo demás estuvo bien ah y quizá sería bueno considerar el estacionamiento pues yo fui en temporada alta y no había lugar para estacionar

En cuanto al estacionamiento, el espacio es pequeño, por lo que puede ser complicado estacionarse, sobre todo con camioneta. En cuanto a lo demás, todo perfecto, buena ubicación, playa limpia, atención buena por parte del personal y habitación limpia. Siempre buena comunicación con los huéspedes para verificar que todo está en orden.

It was a terrible experience. The room was terrible. The gas pilots on the stove were open . I noticed it and reported. Thank God I smelled the gas. The propane tank was leaking gas and I told them to remove it.

El lugar está muy bien es tal cual las imágenes la zona de playa es de las más cuidadas y mejor zona para bañarse tienen servicio a la playa y las habitaciones limpias y amplias el único tema fue con el restaurant nos enfermamos todos el día que comimos ahí.

The room was run down and it was incredibly loud at night to the point that we couldn’t sleep because of drunk people yelling all night and motorbikes zipping down the street. But what really made us mad was the false advertising of the “daybeds” (lounge chairs” being reserved for hotel guests. They were absolutely NOT. We had to argue to get 2 chairs (they said no more were available and that had to wait for the cruise ship tourists us to leave to get some). Meanwhile, there was a whole stack of chairs available, they just didn’t want to set them up for us. We had to argue with them to get them and finally they gave us 2 half busted chairs. We would never return to this place or to Mahahual in general. We only went there for diving and found that the whole town is a total trash filled, overpriced bust. There are a million better places in Mexico, avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped off and surrounded by a bunch of uncultured cruisers.

The view was nice. The room clean. The bathroom was not the best. Limited hot water and odd setup. The toilet getst wet every time you shower because it’s just open. Also it says there are laundry facilities but there are none. You have to walk a few blocks to a service that will wash for you and give it back to you in the afternoon. Staff was nice.

Es un hotel ya con años, pero lo mantienen limpio, muy organizado, servicio de parking, restaurante y área de playa. Reservamos una habitación con vista al mar, y han sido de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido. Se disfruta más que al 100%. Lamentablemente la playa y el mar descuidados..mucha basura adentro y afuera y los locales con 0 interés de cuidado. Necesitan mejorar esa parte o Mahahual perdera el interes turístico. Me sorprende que aunque llegan Cruceros mantienen la calle sucia.
