Georgina cottage

Dans la chambre familiale, le wi fi a fonctionné seulement le premier jour de la semaine et puis plus rien malgré l avoir signalé a la gérante. Confort basique .vaisselle mise a disposition dans la cuisine en mauvais etat,et couverts et assiettes manquants. Personnel tres agreable,petit dejeuner de qualité avec des fruits frais tous les matins. Idealement situé face a la plage de beau vallon.

Ok but not great

Be prepared to book all your activities yourself, service/attitude was not great when we visited, or maybe (she) was just fed up with tourists... Also the reception closes at noon and the bar across the street is quite loud in the evening. Shower water pressure was very low but it worked. Other than that it was good. + Location, breakfast, cleanliness - Service / "missing that extra effort" - not a big deal but we were disappointed compared to what you are used to. Shower.

Had a really homely feel, Georgina made you feel really welcome. Breakfast was good. View was amazing. We had an upper, twin aspect room, so not only did we get a lovely view of the sea, we were able to watch the fruit bats too.

Ensemble professionnel, malheureusement le sourire est absent, patronne et personnel sympa mais peu chaleureux, les employers semblent subir leur travail. Bon emplacement, belle plage accolée, présence de commodités a proximité. Restos, petits magasins. ... Bon Parc de workout a proximité donnant sur la plage.

Posizione eccezionale, la camera aveva dei piccoli difetti, come ad esempio un ripiano dove appoggiare le valige. Nel complesso ho passato 3 giorni molto gradevoli in questa struttura.

Lovely Cottage right on the beach

Amazing value for money, very nice land lady and staff always helpful and accommodating. This cottage is literally across the road from Beau Vallon Beach, and we had a 1st floor balcony room, recommended. And there is also a beach bar attached. Highly recommended

Très chouette guesthouse face à la plage de Beau Vallon, la plus belle de Mahé. Gina, l'hôtesse, est très sympathique, de bon conseil, et très disponible pour rendre notre séjour agréable et facile. Délicieux petit-déjeûners.

Perfect Location Clean Accommodation

Across the road from a lovely beach, close to restaurants and a pedestrian walk. We were treated with friendly service and our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was seasonal fruit, eggs and toast and excellent coffee - served on a patio outside. We loved watching the different birds in the garden. The WiFi signal was strong which was an added bonus. We had a wonderful stay at Georgina's Cottage.

Awesome location, facilities and host!

Fantastic place to stay. The location right opposite the beach in Beau Vallon is great, the rooms are perfect with plenty of space, good aircon etc. The breakfast is delicious every morning and all the staff are very polite and friendly. Gina is brilliant and was very helpful to us each and every day with advice on where to go and what to do. One of the best locations in Mahe and we would definitely love to come back!

Après une escale sur Victoria, nous nous sommes posés à la Baie de Beau Vallon chez Georgina's ça été un vrai plaisir de par sa discrétion sa disponibilité du repos, en face de la plage, un service de bus toute les demie heure vous reliant à Victoria.

My 1st time in the Seychelles which made so easy and nice by the owner and the staff who where so helpful, the room are a good size and the location a great a couple off dive out fits with in walking distaste a beautiful beach across the road and bus stop next to the guesthouse

Gina und ihre Frauen machen alles möglich, für dass ihr euch wohl fühlt. Super Service, besseres Frühstück als im 5 Stern Hotel und Saiberkeit wird gross geschrieben. Einzig bei der Zahlung mit der Kreditkarte wurde dir Bearbeitungsgebühr 6% draufgeschlagen- sonst niergendwo auf den Seychellen!?

The Cottage is only separated of the road from the beautiful beach. The staff gives you a warm welcome, is always friendly, smiling and helps with tips and ideas what to do in the vicinity and on the islands. We had a simple, spacious room with a little kitchen. It has a fridge and a two-flame cooker, enough to prepare small dishes. Coffee, creamer and sugar are offered in the room. The bed is very comfy and the room has aircon and a fan. The breakfast is served every morning on the veranda or the small annex. They serve a plate of fresh local fruits, eggs, toast, jam, a bit of sweets, coffe or tea. Very delicious! This year openend their bar 'The Beach Shak' on the other side of the road. There you can enjoy a cocktail, wine or beer while looking at the sea. Try their house cocktail with ginger .... There are two small shops/ supermarkets nearby. The diveshop Big Blue Divers is 10 in on foot. We spent ost of our days with them diving. The town is almost 5-10 in on foot, with small shops and food stalls by the seaside. The busstop is almost in front of the hotel. We love Georgina's Cottage! It's not for nothing, that we have been staying with them for the third year in a row. And hopefully we'll be back!

Pleasant bed and breakfast guest house, steps away from Beau Vallon Beach. Comfortable rooms, Georgina the.owner is helpful and friendly.Breakfasts are basic, though ; a bit more variety would have been welcome.

Very friendly and clean small hotel

We visited Georginas Cottage for a few nights in February. Reception was very friendly and we got right away our room. Room was clean and we had both fan and AC. Coffee and Tea available as a bottle of water. Service was very professional and hotel is very well located, just by the beach. Problem is a bit that the main road is going past the hotel. This means that some people might interfere your sleep (at least at the beginning of the night) with their subwoofers. Very pleasent experience altogether.
