We had a great stay in Le nautique. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well furnished. We loved using the barbecue for cooking our fish, enjoying the pool and watching the ocean. We hope we will come back soon.

We stayed at Le Nautique for two nights upon our arrival to Seychelles. The manager was very kind and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in since our flight arrived in the morning, which we appreciated. The development itself is small, nice, and cozy — a comfortable place to stay. However, if direct access to a sandy beach is important to you, please do thorough research before booking. Despite the pictures showing a sandy beachfront, the property does not actually have one. Instead, the shoreline is rocky with strong currents, making it unsafe for swimming, especially with toddlers. The owners mention that a sandy beach appears during low tide, but from our experience, this seems to be a very limited and seasonal occurrence. So if you’re traveling with young children or want easy beach access, this may not be the ideal choice.

We loved everything about our stay. From our host Michelle a beautiful lady who made our trip and my birthday so special. To the place itself which was lovely and fresh. The ocean just outside the apartment made it very special. The early mornings and evenings very breathtaking. We definitely comeback. Thank you for your hospitality.

Le Nautique was a great stop over place for us. The communication from Annalise before our arrival was faultless and so helpful. We were so stoked by the location of the venue from the airport and Anse Royale. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing place to be based for a 4 night trip on the island. Annalise was super helpful in all aspects of advising where to eat and which beaches to visit. Apartment was spacious, modern, clean and kitchen was well equipped!

I would really recommend the Accommodation. Everything was nice. The Owners really care about their customers and are helpful in all requests. Would definitely stay her again. The room was very clean, the staff attending and nice. 10 Stars without any regrets One advise for guests: Get a car also to get around the island.

There is a reason this property is always sold out! The units are modern and comfortable and the staff really go out of their way to maximize enjoyment for guests. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and car rental is easy to organize on site. It’s about a 7 minute walk to town for restaurants and grocery stores.

We had such a great stay at La Nautique, the place itself is beautiful and everyone was so warm and friendly. Everything we needed was attended to from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The room itself is very spacious, modern and clean, even better than the photos. Sun loungers and kayaks are provided to guests too. We’ll definitely stay here again if we come back to the Seychelles!

Bathroom has no ventilation or window and entrance is from the bedroom. Area around property is small and it is not really beach front just a small dock access to the water. It is newly built apartment so it is clean. Furnishing and items are from ikea. King bed looks good but it is not comfortable. It is fenced off property with the gate right onto main road. If you have a car and plan just to sleep over location is fine, but we would not stay there again.

Lovely apartment right on the water. Everything new and modern and well equipped. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially Natacha and Raj (?) . We would recommend highly and tell others they really should count on renting a car while here to get around the island.

We loved everything about our stay at Le Nautique. Our studio apartment was fabulous, very comfortable and well appointed. The property is immaculate and shows pride of ownership. Annalise and Michelle were great to deal with and helped with transfers and car rental as well as being a wealth of information for our day trips around the island. We would love to go back someday!

What a great discovery !

Our stay at Le Nautique was wonderful. The team there is very helpful and gentle. Always willing to help and assist when needed. The property is a great very small community with a stunning view on the Indian’Ocean. Every day I enjoyed the sunrise watching the sea ! The flat itself was great, cozy and well furnished. It is really well thought ! Location wise, Anse Royale is quite central and you could easily go on the other side of the Island or up North close to the capital. You have beaches around that are just unbelievable
