Two live-in housekeepers look after villa, the garden and the pool. Breakfast, laundry, shopping and a private chef are available on request. You get the service of a luxury villa with the privacy of your own home, our team lives in a separate apartment with its own entrance.

Built in 2023, over 500m², sleeping up to 10 (8 adults and 2 children). Huge teak outdoor lounge, with a 4m teak dining table, lush garden, and a short 10 minute walk to the beach.

About our villa:
Brand new (2023) and designed around the view: every main space opens onto the infinity pool and the unobstructed 180° panorama over the Indian ocean, Sihouette Island and straight into the sunset.
5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, all bedrooms en-suite and fully air-conditioned:
• Bedroom 1 — 1 king bed (master bedroom)
• Bedroom 2 — 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 4 — 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 5 — 4 single beds — ideal for children sharing the bathroom with their parents (Bedroom 1, master bedroom)

Two large open-plan living rooms with overhead fans, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, Sonos sound system and WiFi throughout.

Outside: infinity pool, extensive teak deck, modern huge teak lounge and a 4 m teak dining table that comfortably seats 10.
