It was a pretty good place to stay. Not that nicest accommodation, and some parts could do with updating (eg we were excited to see a hammock outside our room - but it was covered in mildew). It was quite quiet which was nice. The staff were helpful at check in and helping to book us an early morning taxi to the airport, and the breakfast was good. It's not very central but still walkable to everything we wanted to do. They were able to provide a rollaway bed for my son so we can two separate sleeping spaces.

The location was perfect only a 6 min walk into the centre The room was a great size both the bedroom living room/ kitchen area and a huge wrap around balcony the overlooked the pool area The staff were extremely helpful and friendly..we will definitely recommend it to our family and friends and hope to return 😀

Lovely central hotel apartments very spacious and well cared for. Rooms cleaned everyday and clean towels. Pool area was lovely. Bar in hotel but not in use. Breakfast was adequate although outdoor tables could do with wiping down. All in alll a good experience

Fantastic place

Had a fantastic time staff.wss very helpful, pool was great, loved the accommodation like home from home, will be staying again maybe later this year, if not definitely next year. Transportation was great you can get a bus anywhere, or hire a car if you want.

Excellent spacious apartment, very clean and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, 10 minute walk to the old town centre, 5 minute walk to the waterfront and 20 minute walk to the bus station. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very helpful and friendly staff, our apartment was spacious and clean although we felt that the bathroom would benefit from being updating, the bath especially and maybe tile around the shower. The pool was lovely and cool after a day of site seeing and very well kept with regular cleaning. Great value for the money and would visit again!

Lovely location right round the corner from the Port. Rooms clean and quiet. Was extremely hot so pool was nice to cool down in.Reception staff very helpful. Would have been nice for Breakfast garden to be open for rest of day with the comfy seating and not just for Breakfast. Would stay again when visiting Mahon

Recommended

Location excellent for the old town and the port. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment well equipped and cleaned six days a week. Lovely pool. Didn't use the onsite restaurant, but lots of cafes and bakeries within walking distance for coffee, breakfast or for takeaway food.

Excellent property and location. Only problem that as we artived on a Sunday everything was closed so we couldnt even buy a bottle of water. Maybe a welcome pack would help even if there is a charge would be helpful.

Lovely apartment in the Mahon city

Our stay at Apartanentos Turisticos Royal Life was great, the property staff are very friendly. The apartment was spacious, room was big with a big bed, loads of storage. The kitchen was well equipped, mini fridge was available. Crockery and cutlery was there for use. Everyday housekeeping was available. The property has its own swimming pool and gym. Walking distance to the Port of Mao, bus stop was walking distance too. The apartment has its own private balcony. Overall it was well worth a stay. Cons - bit too expensive for a 2 star property. The Aircon was not in the room but was on top of the kitchen section.

Ideally situated 10 mins walk in to the town. Very quiet area. Communication at arrival was limited. Note: there is no lift at the property. Pool area is excellent, clean and lots of sunbeds and seating area. Was under the impression there was a bar and cafeteria on site however these were never open and the reception desk didn't seem to know there was one. Shame as there is lots of outdoor seating. Our room was lovely, apart from no Aircon in bedroom only a ceiling fan. Towels were changed daily. Supermarket was nearby overall a nice place to stay.

Excellent apartments

Great apartments, spacious and clean with coffee machine, fridge, hob, kettle microwave etc. Close to one of the elevators or steps down to port or 10 min walk to main part of town. Staff all very helpful. Pool area spacious and never very busy so plenty beds and chairs.

I visited in June and the property was fairly quiet and relaxed. The apartment was cleaned daily and the staff were really helpful with recommendations on places to visit. The area was close to the harbour and city centre which had lots of restaurant options and shops. I visited on my own and I felt really safe both in the property and the area itself. The only downside to the apartment was the smell from the fridge, but this wasn’t a major issue. Would recommend this property.

The location was very good for our stay in Mahon, however the apartment/hotel didn't live up to the photos on the site. The balcony faced out to the noisy road and not to the pool. The service worker outside/below wheeled out their noisy barrow most mornings from 07:00 waking us up. The hotel bar was not open in the evenings or during the daytime.....we had hoped to enjoy a last evening drink. The room had a safe to use for an extra 5euros and you could ask for a towel for the pool again an extra 1.50euro per day, which was a bit cheeky considering the room was 830euros for 5 nights. We also thought that 1100 was quite early for check-out......but could be extended for an extra payment!

On a passé un super séjour. L’emplacement est parfait, il y a un petit parking mais sinon il y a toujours des places gratuites dans la rue à côté. On est à proximité du port et des commerces (10min à pied). La piscine est cool, avec beaucoup de transats pour se poser. Les services proposés par l’hôtel sont pratiques (parasols, machine à laver etc…). L’appartement est fonctionnel (on a tout ce qu’il faut) et le ménage est fait souvent. De plus, le personnel est super accueillant. Je recommande vraiment.

Logement et équipements un peu daté mais correct. Personnell entretien très dispo. Manque un peu de chaleur, et manque d'information à l'accueil.
