"I do not recommend booking this property. The manager, The Stay Hub, has a cumbersome and time-wasting booking process involving sending photos of person booking and credit card plus proof of payment. Takes ages to complete. They also said we damaged one of the blinds which we noticed was already damaged but presumed they knew. Lost the damage bond. Could be a hoax. No heating for a cold apartment on bottom story of house and no TV reception"

"The location and layout of this place were perfect for our group of five adults. The beds were comfortable, it was great to have 3.5 bathrooms, and the closet space was ample. On the other hand, communication was poor, there is no Welcome Guide or other info beyond a basket of appliance instruction manuals in a kitchen cupboard, there's construction next door (and will be for a long time - we watched them pouring the footings and the foundation for a four unit building), many basic cooking...
