"Room very clear clean - bathroom nice and spacious Staff very friendly and helpful - at check in and answering questions I had Breakfast - a good choice and plenty of it Didn’t use the bar Nice comfortable area to sit in while waiting for my check in time at terminal 4 Food and drink available if required."

"Excellent price for a super clean and modern hotel close to the airport. I got to the hotel about an hour before usual check in after a 9 hour flight and they thankfully allowed me to check in early and didn’t charge extra. Staff were very informative and helpful too. I know where I’ll be staying next time I fly from Heathrow. Thanks all!"

"We checked into the room after a long day of interrupted airline travel - nothing the Radisson Hotel created. When we arrived in the room, we needed to recharge devices. Unfortunately, all the USB ports were non-functional when I called the front desk there was no answer - they were indeed very busy when we checked in. I returned to the lobby and spoke to a front desk person who advised she would summon an engineer to check on the electrical problem. After the engineer arrived it took 45 minuter to repair the USB ports and reset the electrical system. This should not have been an issue that a guest should have to get corrected while settling into a room. I asked if we could switch to another room, and that didn't appear to be an option. The good news - the bed was really-really comfortable. Thanks, I needed that!"
