"The hotel does not look very appealing from the outside (barely recognisable as a hotel) and the lack of reception and breakfast in your room is a bit odd. That said, my room was as per the photos, airy, clean and comfortable. The manager was helpful and the breakfast in the room was perfectly fine. It was all ok for me for a few nights on a work trip, but not what I would call a leisure hotel. "

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. "Everything was perfect, the location, the flat, the beds. Great communication with the owner. Finding the parking space could be a bit tricky but in the end there is no issue to find a free space. If there is something which need to be check: the window of the 1st bedroom which doesn't close properly and can be an issue with children Anyway, in conclusion... Will we come back? For sure!"
