Step inside and you’ll be greeted by the roaring fire place in the living room, exposed beams and light filled garden.
Our space is full of history but never feels old-fashioned. The beams are original, the fireplace is real and the layout just flows, giving you space to relax, eat or curl up with a good book.

You’re literally steps from Mote Park with the gate on your doorstep. One of the biggest and most beautiful green spaces in Kent. It’s perfect for long walks, picnics, or a bit of wildlife spotting.
And if you fancy a meal out, some shopping or exploring local sights, you’re just minutes from Maidstone town centre by car or cab.

We kindly ask all guests to agree to our T&Cs before their stay
A £250 refundable security deposit or £60 non refundable damage waiver is applicable with your stay
For security reasons, we require guests to provide a valid ID prior to check-in

We offer flexible check-in and checkout times for just £20 per hour, subject to availability. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request
