"The property was every bit as good as described and more! Wonderful house that is very well appointed with adorable touches throughout. Very open and current with huge TVs on the top & bottom levels, beautiful kitchen & 3 very comfortable bedrooms. Amazing views looking down on Morgantown from a very quiet, mature neighborhood. Great communication from the owner who even called soon after we arrived to ensure that we had everything that we needed. Really great find - would not at all hesitate...

"The atmosphere is amazing. There is only AC in 1 room in the entire home. All bedrooms are on one floor and you must walk through one to get to the others. As well the bathroom in the downstairs has carpet ( know personal preference but YUCK) Could definitely use some updating. "

"This is a great little house in a quiet neighborhood. You are close to many dining options and the WVU. The property owners are very thoughtful and ensured there were plenty of outlets and night lights. "

"The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, but our stay was significantly impacted by the noise. We could hear every door from the neighboring rooms, and the thin walls did little to dampen the sounds of traffic from the nearby street. Even with the windows closed, the noise was disruptive, especially at night. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep."
