Nice hotel. friendly staff and convenient location within walking distance from train station hub (5min) and Heidi park (30min). No A/C but fans were provided, hot summer in late July for the last 3 years. Hotels need to upgrade to a/c for summer months.

very nice place!

had a late check-in and called ahead. was no problem, 24-hr front-desk person was readily available to let me in. Bright, great and surprisingly quiet. nice breakfast area in the 3rd floor. excellent price-performance! would stay there anytime again.

For a small town it is a good hotel (I think the only one) but the staff (Rosa, Alba her dog and other girl - can’t remember name - but took a pic w her) made it even better. Super helpful with everything. Went the extra mile to make sure we got to our destinations. Highly recommend this hotel.
