"This was the most amazing experience at a hotel we may have ever had. The staff, literally from the moment we arrived on the property, treated us so incredibly well and took care of our every need. Everyone was kind, helpful and took pride in their work. Our room was beyond gorgeous and the view was incredible. Property was fantastic, not over crowded and perfectly maintained. Clean pools, excellent restaurants and the beach and tide pools were unmatched. "

"The beach is so gorgeous and the uncrowded pool is lovely. We went in every day. The place has everything you need to cook your own meals. There is some street noise but not too bad. I use earplugs at night anyway. We hiked the pink pillbox trail and diamond head for incredible views. "

"Hidden Gem!! This is our 2nd time staying at The Hawaiian Princess, first time in this unit. Great communication, easy contactless check-in and check-out with clear instructions. This unit is beautiful, updated, clean, well stocked with everything you may need...and the bed was so comfortable! Appreciate it had beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, even a cooler. It's amazing to be able to have a panoramic view and be on a beautiful beach at an affordable price. We even saw humpback whales and giant sea turtles every day. All the staff were helpful and friendly and we met many nice residents and guests. We always felt safe and secure. We hightly recommend doing the Ka-ena Point Hike (it's about 5 miles out & back, mostly flat) it's a nature reserve for Albatross (Nov-July I believe), amazing. We also recommend L&L Hawaiian BBQ, it's a couple miles away, doesn't look like much, take-out, but the BBQ chicken plate is great, we'd bring it back and have a sunset dinner! We didn't want our 9 day trip to end, we'd love to make this a yearly tradition, we hope to stay in this unit again. "

"View of beach and ocean from lanai is great. Apartment could use a little tlc but is well furnished with updated appliances. Provided coolers and beach chairs come in handy. Beach was safe and secure. Neighborhood not the greatest, but easy travel to anywhere on island. Pool was out of service last part of our week."

"Arrival details made getting in the condo very easy, even during the evening hours. Condo and parking is secure with a guard also on property. The owner contacted me upon arrival and was eager to help if needed. There was no reason for assistance. Condo has great views of the ocean and beach was great. We had a magnificent nine days."
