"Very clean property and well-stocked. I could have left alot of things at home! I appreciated the 3 ring binder with info on the cabin and the area. Nice sandy beach area. Our 10 y/o Grandson was QUITE enamored with the cabin. We were able to take a nice long walk to the right towards the Lighthouse w/out seeing any other people. "

"So very impressed with this charming cottage! Absolutely amazing stay with so much to offer near the shores of Lake Superior. Heidi is a one of a kind hostess with all her creativity and close attention to detail everything you need is available within her immaculate haven! My wife and I were greeted with Blueberry Crepes in the fridge which made the for quite a delicious treat for our first morning before exploring the Upper Keweenaw Peninsula!The beautiful flowerbeds, humming birds, and porch to relax on were simply amazing!Just can't wait to return and spend an entire week next time we visit! Thank you Heidi and Gary!"

"We enjoyed being able to stay closer to town and go to more of the local shops and restaurants. Close to the beach and the neighborhood is nice and quiet! Didn't use the kitchen but its gorgeous! Enjoyed the shower downstairs for days after the beach. "
