"Overall condo was a good experience. Plenty of room for the family (7 adults). There was some leftover trash in the upper deck but since the weather was rainy it didn't impact us. The general area is 'ok' - some convenient walking, but the area seemed a bit rough with a lot of homelessness/addicts and some sketchy behavior.
